The TPC-9
is a simple to use highly accurate
glue pattern controller. It allows "on-the-fly"
pattern adjust-ments, 9 stored programs (box sizes),
and an amazing "econo" mode.

"Econo" mode allows one button
activation of 50% or 30% glue savings. You simply program your
desired glue pattern in, and then with one button algorithms calculate
the glues lengths and stitch them smartly to cover each end while
gapping the middle. You don't have to worry about the stitch gap
being at the start or stop of a glue bead. The TPC-9 proudly combines
user friendly simplicity (instructions are on the front panel) with
advanced features. These controllers have potential for unheard of
payback times. Imagine cutting your hotmelt usage by 30% or 50% with

Stitch patterns are not new, however the technology and
equipment are! The modules in today's
hotmelt guns are half the price and last as much as 5 times longer.
The old negative perception of stitching costing

Complete Hotmelt
Unit
VersaSquirt is an
economical, high quality, easy to use table top hotmelt unit. These
units have one dial temperature controls that allow use of anything
from low temp. safety melt hotmelt to high temp pressure sensitives.
This is a smart alternative to unreliable stick guns and expensive
stick glue. You get 10# of melted glue pumped at 44# per hour at
pressures up to 400psi. This Stainless Steel housed unit makes for a
very durable and portable (has handles) 120vac unit. While perfect for
table top use, we also offer a stable powder coated floor stand if
needed. This unit offers the best value is a small bulk hotmelt unit
